In 2010 she initiated the fashion designer award (Dress Code) which is an annual event held in Krasnoyarsk (Siberia) with lectures, workshops and exhibitions. The programme aim is to involve young Siberian designers into international contexts as well as to explore into the North identity, local histories and cultures.
